Olive & Ember started as a Sunday supper club in a borrowed kitchen. Today it's the corner spot where regulars know the staff by name and the oven runs from dawn until last service.
Everything is made in-house — the dough rests two days, the olive oil is pressed by a family we've bought from for a decade, and the menu changes with whatever the market gives us that week.
Kitchen closes 30 minutes before listed close. Walk-ins welcome at the bar.
